出现故障时、按以下要求处理、以便于判断故障:

1、将脚踏开关或其它遥控开关拔掉不用、用面板上的启动和停止按钮进行操作; 启动按钮只按一下即松开、不可一直按下;
2、如果是带时间控制的设备、将 “手动/自动” 选择放在 “手动” 位置;

When a failure occurs, handle it according to the following requirements to facilitate fault diagnosis:

一、概述

四、感应圈及设计


1. 感应圈设计展开长度在 1—4.0M 内变动。
2.导磁性差的材料如铜、铝等需感应加热时、感应圈圈数要增多。
3. 感应圈与加热部位耦合间隙在 5—15mm 为宜(加热面积较小时)。
4. 在最大输出位置、电流显示 60KW 100A、工件伸入感应圈内、电流如仍保持不变、但加热效果不好、这种情况说明:负载太轻、或负载与感应圈耦合太差、或感应圈的圈数太少;此时要減小感应圈的尺寸、即減小感应圈与工件之间的间隙;如果间隙已经很小、则要增大感应圈的圈数。
5. 当输出振荡电流不能调至最大、即调节旋钮调至某一位置时、一加负载、电流下降很多甚至自动停机;这说明:负载太重、或负载与感应圈耦合太好、或感应圈的圈数太多;此时只要不会自动停机、都不影响使用、而且此时加热效率也很高;但如果发生自动停机、则要适当增大感应圈的尺寸、即增大感应圈与工件之间的间隙;如果说间隙已经很大、则要減小感应圈的圈数。
6. 对于工作难以置于感应圈内的平面加热、或对非磁性金属材料(如铜、铝)等的加热、可采用不同形状的导磁体(铁氧体磁芯)聚磁、可以大为增加设备的功率输出。
7. 采用厚 1—1.5mm、Φ8 以上圆铜管或方铜管绕制感应圈。
8. 感应圈的引长度允许在 600mm 内变动、推荐 250—500mm 为宜。

IV. Induction loop and design


1. The design expansion length of the induction coil varies within 1-4.0M.

4. At the maximum output position, the current displays 60KW 100A, and the workpiece extends into the induction coil. If the current remains unchanged, but the heating effect is not good, this situation means: the load is too light, or the coupling between the load and the induction coil is too poor. Or the number of turns of the induction coil is too few; at this time, the size of the induction coil should be reduced, that is, the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece should be reduced; if the gap is already small, the number of turns of the induction coil should be increased.
5. When the output oscillation current cannot be adjusted to the maximum, that is, when the adjustment knob is adjusted to a certain position, when a load is added, the current drops a lot or even automatically stops; this means: the load is too heavy, or the coupling between the load and the induction coil is too good, or the induction coil There are too many turns; as long as it does not automatically stop at this time, it does not affect the use, and the heating efficiency is also very high at this time; but if automatic shutdown occurs, the size of the induction coil should be appropriately increased, that is, the induction coil should be increased The gap between the sensor and the workpiece; if the gap is already large, the number of induction coils should be reduced.
6. For planar heating where it is difficult to place the work in the induction coil, or for heating non-magnetic metal materials (such as copper, aluminum), etc., different shapes of magnetic conductors (ferrite cores) can be used to gather magnetism, which can greatly improve the efficiency. Increase the power output of your device.
7. Use round or square copper tubes with a thickness of 1-1.5mm and ⌀8 or more to wind the induction coil.
8. The lead length of the induction coil is allowed to vary within 600mm, and 250—500mm is recommended.

指示灯
1. 电源: 合上控制开关、此灯亮表示有电。

5. 过流:此灯亮在以下情況下可能发生: (1)干扰信号; (2)内部温度过高; (3)设备故障; (4)工件与感应圈接触引起感应圈短路; (5)感应圈两圈间接触; (6)网压太低或电网带负载能力太差;出现以上情况时先关上电源再打开、以消除报警然后再加热、会有以下几种情况:
a. 再工作一切正常: 说明工件于感应圈接触引起感应圈短路。
b. 大电流下仍过流报警、小电流以下可以工作:说明感应圈间隙太小、或电网网压太低或电网带负载能力太差、或机器内部故障。
c. 一直保持报警、无法工作:说明感应圈两圈间接触或机器内部故障。
6. 加热: 在 “自动” 或 “手动” 工作状态、此灯表示加热过程正在进行。
7. 保温仅在“自动” 工作状态下、此灯亮表示保温加热过程正在进行。
8. 缺相: 此灯表示三相电源缺相。

Indicator light
1. Power supply: Turn on the control switch, the light will turn on to indicate that there is power.
2. Work: When heating, the light flashes and the buzzer sounds "beep...beep...".
3. Overvoltage: The device allows an input voltage of 60KW 360~400V. When the input voltage is too high, the device automatically stops heating, the overvoltage indicator light lights up, and a continuous beep sounds.
4. Water shortage: The induction coil and main internal parts of the equipment are cooled by water. If the water flow rate is too small or the cooling water temperature is too high or the internal pipes are blocked due to long-term use of the machine, the water cooling effect becomes worse. The device will automatically stop working, the indicator light will light up and a beep will sound.
5. Overcurrent: This light may come on under the following circumstances: (1) Interference signal; (2) Internal temperature is too high; (3) Equipment failure; (4) Contact between the workpiece and the induction coil causes a short circuit in the induction coil; (5) The two circles of the induction coil are in contact; (6) The power grid voltage is too low or the load capacity of the power grid is too poor; when the above situation occurs, turn off the power and then on again to eliminate the alarm and then reheat. The following situations will occur:
a. Everything works normally again: It means that the workpiece is in contact with the induction coil and causes a short circuit in the induction coil.
b. Over-current alarm still occurs under high current, but it can work under low current: it means that the gap of the induction coil is too small, or the voltage of the power grid is too low, the load capacity of the power grid is too poor, or there is an internal fault of the machine.
c. Keep alarming and unable to work: It means there is contact between the two circles of the induction coil or there is an internal fault in the machine.
6. Heating: In the "automatic" or "manual" working state, this light indicates that the heating process is in progress.
7. The heat preservation is only in the "automatic" working state. This light is on to indicate that the heat preservation and heating process is in progress.
8. Phase loss: This light indicates that the three-phase power supply is missing a phase.

Manual/automatic selection switch

空气开关: 控制电源通断。
保险管: 控制保险: 0.5〜1A。
风扇: 主要用于通风降低设备内部温度的作用、使用时请保持风扇道畅通。
接地: 为防触电请机壳接地。
遙控插口: 接脚踏开关、手动状态、脚踏开关取代板启动按钮、松开开关机器将停止工作。自动状态下、脚踏开关启动与启动按钮同效。

Circuit breaker: Control power on and off.
Fuse: Control fuse: 0.5~1A.
Fan: Mainly used for ventilation to reduce the internal temperature of the equipment. Please keep the fan duct unobstructed when using it.
Grounding: Please ground the casing to prevent electric shock.
Remote control socket: Connect the foot switch. In manual mode, the foot switch replaces the board start button. Release the switch and the machine will stop working. In automatic mode, the foot switch start has the same effect as the start button.

七、安装


1. 冷却水连接: 连接进水管到设备后部进水管端、连接出水管到设备后部出水管端、保证连接良好以防漏水。进水管可接到自来水龙头或用户自备的回圈水装置中、进水应保证有一定的压力和流量、以防止水压不足、水流量不足造成设备损坏。推荐水压为 0.05〜0.3Mpa、水流量为 20L/MIN。设备内有水压开关可对水压进行有效保护、无水将自动停止工作、并发出蜂鸣声; 另外本设备感应圈采用锡焊、无冷卻水加热时会导致锡熔化、可起到无水保护的作用。
对于冷却水的安装和使用、有几点建议如下:
a. 冷却水源应保证稳定供水、最好采用水泵来回圈比较可靠。
b. 冷却水应清洁、无腐蚀性。
c. 冷却水温不宜太高、应低于 40℃ 为好。
d. 加热前应检查冷却水通畅。
e. 请勿将感应圈锡焊改成铜焊或银焊。
2. 设备电源连接
用8mm² 以上的软铜线按图连接输入电源、电源功率要求为三相 380V、超过此范围可能会造成设备损坏、请用户注意。由于该设备功率大、连接时应保证连接牢固、尽量減小电连接处接触电阻、以免工作时电压下降严重、影响设备正常工作、用户尤其应避免将电源线简单地挂在电网上这种做法。
3. 保护地线连接
用6mm² 左右的导线将设备接地、以防止触电。
4. 安装感应圈
感应圈既要通水又要通过很大的感应加热电流、直接影响机器能否正常使用、请用户慎重安装。切记安装时不要使用防水生料带、以免电连接不好。
5. 连接遥控盒

VII. Installation


1. Cooling water connection: Connect the water inlet pipe to the water inlet pipe end at the rear of the equipment, and connect the water outlet pipe to the water outlet pipe end at the rear of the equipment. Make sure the connections are good to prevent water leakage. The water inlet pipe can be connected to a tap or a user-prepared water recycling device. The water inlet should ensure a certain pressure and flow to prevent equipment damage caused by insufficient water pressure and insufficient water flow. The recommended water pressure is 0.05~0.3Mpa and the water flow rate is 20L/MIN. There is a water pressure switch in the equipment to effectively protect the water pressure. If there is no water, it will automatically stop working and make a buzzing sound. In addition, the induction coil of this equipment is soldered. When heated without cooling water, the tin will melt, which can play an indispensable role. The role of water protection.
For the installation and use of cooling water, there are several suggestions as follows:
a. The cooling water source should ensure stable water supply. It is best to use a water pump to circulate the water more reliably.
b. The cooling water should be clean and non-corrosive.
c. The cooling water temperature should not be too high and should be lower than 40°C.
d. Check that the cooling water is unobstructed before heating.
e. Do not change the induction coil soldering to copper soldering or silver soldering.
2. Device power connection
Use a soft copper wire of more than 8mm² to connect the input power as shown in the figure. The power requirement is three-phase 380V. Exceeding this range may cause damage to the equipment. Please be aware. Due to the high power of this equipment, the connection should be ensured to be firm and the contact resistance at the electrical connection should be reduced as much as possible to avoid serious voltage drops during operation and affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Users should especially avoid simply hanging the power cord on the power grid.
3. Protective ground connection
Use a wire of about 6mm² to ground the device to prevent electric shock.
4. Install the induction coil
The induction coil must pass both water and a large induction heating current, which directly affects whether the machine can be used normally. Please install it with caution. Remember not to use waterproof raw material tape during installation to avoid poor electrical connections.
5. Connect the remote control box power supply (three-phase 380V)

八、操作步骤


1. 确保各项安装工作已经完成。
2. 打开冷却水。
3. 合上外部电源开关、合上设备后面空气开关、合上前面板电源开关。
4. 调整感应圈形状以适合工件加热要求。
5. 将 “加热电流调节” 旋钮调至所需位置。
6. 按 “启动” 按钮或按住脚踏开关、开始加热、此时 “工作” 灯闪烁、“输出电流显示” 显示加热电流。
7. 松开脚踏开关、或按 “停止” 按钮、停止加热。
8. 开机时、先前面的电开关、再关外部总开关、然后关水。
本设备的空气开关主要是为了限流保护而设、为了延长其使用寿命、尽量少动作。

所以建议用户安装时一定在配电板上配置该设备用闸刀做控制通电之用。

VIII. Operation steps


1. Make sure that all installation work has been completed.
2. Turn on the cooling water.
3. Turn on the external power switch, turn on the circuit breaker on the back of the device, and turn on the power switch on the front panel.
4. Adjust the shape of the induction coil to suit the heating requirements of the workpiece.
5. Adjust the "heating current adjustment" knob to the desired position.
6. Press the "Start" button or hold down the foot switch to start heating. At this time, the "Work" light flashes and the "Output Current Display" displays the heating current.
7. Release the foot switch or press the "Stop" button to stop heating.
8. When turning on the machine, turn off the electric switch on the front, then turn off the external main switch, and then turn off the water.
The circuit breaker of this equipment is mainly designed for current limiting protection. In order to extend its service life, it should operate as little as possible.

Therefore, it is recommended that users must configure this device on the distribution board during installation and use a switch to control power supply.

九、使用注意事项


1. 输入电压过高时不要使用设备。
2. 机器内部及感应圈必须通水冷却并保证水源清洁、以免阻塞冷却管道、造成机器过热损坏。
3. 为防漏电、请确保机壳接地。
4. 设备应避免阳光暴晒、雨淋、潮湿、灰尘等。
5. 设备的维修由专业人员进行。

IX. Precautions for use


1. Do not use the device when the input voltage is too high.
2. The inside of the machine and the induction coil must be cooled by water and the water source must be kept clean to avoid blocking the cooling pipe and causing overheating and damage to the machine.
3. To prevent electric leakage, please ensure that the chassis is grounded.
4. The equipment should be protected from sunlight, rain, moisture, dust, etc.
5. Equipment maintenance should be performed by professionals.

指示灯

A. 电源指示灯: 合上控制电源开关、此灯亮表示有电;
B. 工作指示灯: 正常加热时、此灯闪烁、同时蜂鸣器 ”嘀嘀” 响;约每秒一次;当设备出现故障时、此灯和蜂鸣器响声也不正常、可作为判断设备故障的依据;
C. 输出过压指示灯: 此灯亮表示振荡输出电压超压、设备自动停止、并持续报警;关机再开可消除报警、若再启动每次都报警、则可能是设备故障、请参考故障指南;
D. 欠水指示灯: 电源内安装有一个水压开关、当冷却水的压力低于 0.2Mpa 时、设备会自动停止工作、欠水指示灯亮、并发出持续蜂鸣声;增加水压力、报警自动解除、欠水指示灯熄灭; 当出现欠水时、可用下列方法尝试解除欠水报警;先将出水堵上、使冷却水的水压增加使压力开关吸合、然后再将出水恢复。当水压不太低时、用此方法可维持工作、但当水压太低时、此方法无效、必须改进冷却水、请参考附录---感应加热设备安装・维护指南。
E. 缺相指示灯: 设备输入电源为三相 380V、从其中两相上引出控制电源、见原理图。当发生缺相时、有两种情况: (1)缺相为控制电源中的一相、此时设备无控制电源、电源指示灯不亮、设备无法工作; (2)缺相为控制电源之外的一相、此时缺相指示灯亮。设备自动停止工作、并有报警声;
F. 过流指示灯: 此灯亮表示设备的功率调节或变频调节回路出现电流过大现象、设备自动停止工作、并发出持续蜂鸣声;关机再开可消除报警、若再启动每次都报警、则可能是设备故障、请参考故障指南;
G. 短路指示灯: 此灯亮并报警时、可能是调压部分IGBT模块或辅调板损坏、或是短路传感器损坏、请参考故障指南或咨询我公司修理;
H.输入过压指示灯: 输入电压为三相 380V 的设备、允许最高输入电压为 420V、当输入电压超过 420V 时、设备会自动停止工作、过压指示灯亮、并发出持续蜂鸣声;当输入电压低于 420V 时、报警自动解除、过压指示灯熄灭;
I. 过热指示灯: 设备内功率器件散热器上、电感上、和电容箱内都安装有 55℃ 温度开关、当这些器件的温度高于 55℃ 时、设备会自动停止工作、过热指示灯亮、并发出持续蜂鸣声;增加水流量、降低冷却水的水温、使这些器件温度低于 55℃ 时、报警自动解除、过热指示灯熄灭;
J. 频率不适指示灯: 当设备振荡工作频率低于 1KHZ 或高于 20KHZ 时、此灯亮;设备将继续工作、但输出电压、功率等会自动衰减以保护设备不被损坏;可以通过以下方法调整: (1)若频率过低、可减少感应圈的匝数、或减小感应圈的直径、或减小补偿电容器的容量来提高频率; (2)若频率过高、可增加感应圈的匝数、或增大感应圈的直径、或增大补偿电容器的容量来降低频率;
K. 频率指示灯: 此灯亮表示当前数显表显示的值是振荡工作频率、单位是 KHZ;
L. 电流指示灯: 此灯亮表示当前数显表显示值是输出振荡电流 (A);
M. 电压指示灯: 此灯亮表示当前数显表显示值是输出振荡电压 (V);
N. 功率指示灯: 此灯亮表示当前数显表显示的是电源输出振荡功率、单位是 KW;

Indicator lights

A. Power indicator light: When the control power switch is turned on, this light is on to indicate that there is power;
B. Working indicator light: During normal heating, this light flashes and the buzzer beeps at the same time; about once per second; when the equipment fails, the sound of this light and buzzer is also abnormal, which can be used as a basis for judging equipment failure;
C. Output overvoltage indicator light: This light is on to indicate that the oscillation output voltage is overvoltage, the equipment automatically stops, and the alarm continues; shutting down and restarting can eliminate the alarm. If the alarm sounds every time it is restarted, it may be a device failure. Please refer to the fault guide;
D. Water shortage indicator light: There is a water pressure switch installed in the power supply. When the pressure of the cooling water is lower than 0.2Mpa, the equipment will automatically stop working, the water shortage indicator light will light up, and a continuous buzzer will sound; increase the water pressure, the alarm will automatically be lifted, and the water shortage indicator light will go out; When water shortage occurs, the following method can be used to try to relieve the water shortage alarm; first block the water outlet to increase the water pressure of the cooling water to make the pressure switch close, and then restore the water outlet. When the water pressure is not too low, this method can maintain the work, but when the water pressure is too low, this method is invalid and the cooling water must be improved. Please refer to the Appendix - Induction Heating Equipment Installation and Maintenance Guide.
E. Phase loss indicator: The input power of the equipment is three-phase 380V, and the control power is drawn from two phases, as shown in the schematic diagram. When a phase loss occurs, there are two situations: (1) The phase loss is one phase of the control power. At this time, the equipment has no control power, the power indicator is off, and the equipment cannot work; (2) The phase loss is one phase other than the control power. At this time, the phase loss indicator is on. The device stops working automatically and an alarm sounds;
F. Overcurrent indicator light: When this light is on, it means that the power regulation or frequency conversion regulation circuit of the device has an overcurrent phenomenon, the device stops working automatically, and emits a continuous buzzing sound; the alarm can be eliminated by turning off and then restarting. If the alarm sounds every time you restart, it may be a device failure. Please refer to the fault guide;
G. Short circuit indicator light: When this light is on and the alarm sounds, it may be that the IGBT module or auxiliary regulation board of the voltage regulation part is damaged, or the short circuit sensor is damaged. Please refer to the fault guide or consult our company for repair;
H. Input overvoltage indicator light: For devices with a three-phase 380V input voltage, the maximum input voltage allowed is 420V. When the input voltage exceeds 420V, the device will automatically stop working, the overvoltage indicator light will light, and a continuous buzzing sound will be emitted; when the input voltage is lower than 420V, the alarm will be automatically released and the overvoltage indicator light will go out;
I. Overheat indicator light: The 55°C temperature switch is installed on the heat sink of the power device, the inductor, and the capacitor box. When the temperature of these devices is higher than 55°C, the device will automatically stop working, the overheat indicator light will light up, and a continuous buzzing sound will be emitted; increase the water flow, reduce the water temperature of the cooling water, and when the temperature of these devices is lower than 55°C, the alarm will automatically be released and the overheat indicator light will go out;
J. Frequency inappropriate indicator light: When the oscillation working frequency of the device is lower than 1KHZ or higher than 20KHZ, this light will light up; the device will continue to work, but the output voltage, power, etc. will automatically decay to protect the device from damage; it can be adjusted by the following methods: (1) If the frequency is too low, the number of turns of the induction coil can be reduced, or the diameter of the induction coil can be reduced, or the capacity of the compensation capacitor can be reduced to increase the frequency; (2) If the frequency is too high, the number of turns of the induction coil can be increased, or the diameter of the induction coil can be increased, or the capacity of the compensation capacitor can be increased to reduce the frequency;
K. Frequency indicator light: This light is on to indicate that the current value displayed on the digital display is the oscillation working frequency, in KHZ;
L. Current indicator light: This light is on, indicating that the current digital display value is the output oscillation current (A);
M. Voltage indicator light: This light is on, indicating that the current digital display value is the output oscillation voltage (V);
N. Power indicator light: This light is on, indicating that the current digital display shows the power output oscillation power, in KW;

恒压/恒功率选择开关: 此面板为中、高频通用面板、当用于中频电源时、为恒压/恒功率 工作模式: 当用于高频电源时、为恒流/恒功率工作模式;

中频电源的恒压/恒功率选择:
• 当选择恒压控制时、数显表常规显示输出电压值的大小、电压指示灯亮。工作时、用面板功率调节旋钮调节设定电压值、设备将力图保持实际输出电压与设定相同、且保持稳定;
• 当选择恒功率控制时、数显表常规显示输出功率的大小、功率指示灯亮。工作时、用面板功率调节旋钮调节设定功率值、设备将力图保持实际输出功率与设定相同、且保持稳定;
• 建议常规使用恒压状态;连续加热场合建议选择恒功率状态;

有关恒压/恒功率的特殊说明:
(1) 恒压或恒功率是否能保持、还受很多因素影响、如: 加热材料引起的负载变化、感应器匹配情况、设定值的大小等、很多情况下、恒压或恒功率无法达到、都属正常现象;
(2) 设备工作在恒定输出功率控制状态时; 无论工件冷态或热态、磁性或非磁性、网压波动等条件变化、设备都力图保持输出功率恒定不变; 但如果设备的功率调节旋钮调在最大位置、恒功率根本没有自动调整的功率空间、恒功率也是不能实现的;

数显表: 显示频率 / 电流 / 电压 / 功率值。电流指示灯亮、显示的则是输出电流值、以此类推⋯⋯

加热功率调节旋钮: 中频电源时、调节输出振荡电压或输出功率的大小、从而调节加热速度;

控制电源开关: 为设备控制回路电源开关;

遥控插座: 接遥控开关、脚踏开关或其它动开关、代替设备面板上的启动和停止按钮对设备进行操作。当所连接的遥控开关是 “ON” “OFF” 两个非自锁按钮开关、使用两个独立的常开触点控制时、遥控开关和面板 “启动” “停止” 按钮都有效、两者都可用来控制设备工作或停止; 当所连接的是脚踏开关或其它非自锁开关、使用一对 “常开” “常闭” 触点控制时、接上遥控插头、设备面板上的 “启动” 按钮即失效、踩上脚踏开关设备工作、松开脚踏开关设备停止工作。

When used for medium frequency power supply, it is a constant voltage/constant power working mode: When used for high frequency power supply, it is a constant current/constant power working mode;

Constant voltage/constant power selection of medium frequency power supply:
• When constant voltage control is selected, the digital display meter normally displays the output voltage value, and the voltage indicator light is on. When working, use the panel power adjustment knob to adjust the set voltage value, and the device will try to keep the actual output voltage the same as the setting and keep it stable;
• When constant power control is selected, the digital display meter normally displays the output power value, and the power indicator light is on. When working, use the panel power adjustment knob to adjust the set power value. The device will try to keep the actual output power the same as the setting and keep it stable.
• It is recommended to use the constant voltage state normally; it is recommended to choose the constant power state for continuous heating.

Special instructions for constant voltage/constant power:
(1) Whether constant voltage or constant power can be maintained is also affected by many factors, such as: load changes caused by heating materials, sensor matching, set value size, etc. In many cases, constant voltage or constant power cannot be achieved, which is normal.
(2) When the device is working in the constant output power control state; regardless of whether the workpiece is cold or hot, magnetic or non-magnetic, power grid voltage fluctuations and other conditions change, the device will try to keep the output power constant; but if the power adjustment knob of the device is adjusted to the maximum position, there is no power space for automatic adjustment of constant power, and constant power cannot be achieved.

Digital display: display frequency/current/voltage/power value. The current indicator light is on, and the output current value is displayed, and so on...

Heating power adjustment knob: In the case of medium frequency power supply, adjust the output oscillation voltage or output power to adjust the heating speed;

Control power switch: It is the power switch for the equipment control circuit;

Remote control socket: It is connected to the remote control switch, foot switch or other dynamic switch to replace the start and stop buttons on the equipment panel to operate the equipment. When the remote control switch connected is two non-self-locking button switches "ON" and "OFF", and two independent normally open contacts are used for control, the remote control switch and the panel "start" and "stop" buttons are both valid, and both can be used to control the equipment to work or stop; when the foot switch or other non-self-locking switch is connected, and a pair of "normally open" and "normally closed" contacts are used for control, the "start" button on the equipment panel will be invalid when the remote control plug is connected, and the equipment will work when the foot switch is stepped on, and the equipment will stop working when the foot switch is released.

Timing function:

十六、中频电源的安装


安装前请详细阅读 “安装注意事项”

一、安装注意事项

1、安装前请详细阅读: 附录一感应加热设备安装・维护指南; 并按其中要求进行水电安装;
2、中频电源的输出电压为 70—550V、所以中频电源的输出端、补偿电容连接端、感应圈接头都有高压、不可暴露在外、以防操作工接触后发生触电危险;
3、中频电源、补偿电容箱、中频感应圈以及中频变压器之间需要合适的匹配、才能达到良好的加热效果、当客户自行配套或制作感应器时、请向我公司技术人员咨询;
4、中频电源与补偿电容箱之间采用同轴电缆连接、补偿电容箱与感应器间采用水冷同轴电缆连接、接头全部采用快速插头; 安装电缆快速接头时、一定要旋转后卡紧、才能达到良好的连接; 由于使用中、电缆经常摆动、快速接头很容易松开、导致接触不良、引发故障。建议: (1)安装时、先反方向将电缆拧一个角度、插入快速接头锁紧后、电缆刚好不受拧力; (2)经常检查电缆锁紧情况; (3)将快速接头处电缆固定、使电缆在操作中摆动时不会引起快速接头转动。
5、设备电气安装时应注意: 此设备属大功率设备、设备连线一定要连接牢固、尽量减少电连接处的接触电阻、绝对不可以将电源线简单地挂在电网上;
6、接地线: 用 6mm² 软铜线将设备外壳接地、以防触电。
7、冷却水: 是保证设备正常工作和长寿的关键、请用户认真阅读附录—感应加热设备安装・维护指南进行水路安装;
8、设备工作结束后、一定要继续通冷却水最少半小时。因为、中频感应熔炼和锻造加热等用途、由于加热时间长、其炉膛或炉衬溫度很高、如果一停机马上断水、会烧坏感应器、连接水管、甚至设备。
9、本说明书只涉及中频电源的安装部分、整体安装时、请按照中频全套设备安装图进行安装;


XVI. Installation of medium frequency power supply


Please read "Installation Precautions" carefully before installation


I. Installation Precautions

1. Please read carefully before installation: Appendix 1 Induction Heating Equipment Installation and Maintenance Guide; and install water and electricity according to the requirements therein;
2. The output voltage of the medium frequency power supply is 70-550V, so the output end of the medium frequency power supply, the connection end of the compensation capacitor, and the induction coil connector are all high voltage and cannot be exposed to the outside to prevent the operator from electric shock after contact;
3. The medium frequency power supply, compensation capacitor box, medium frequency induction coil and medium frequency transformer need to be properly matched to achieve a good heating effect. When customers match or make sensors by themselves, please consult our company's technical personnel;
4. The medium frequency power supply and the compensation capacitor box are connected by coaxial cable, and the compensation capacitor box and the sensor are connected by water-cooled coaxial cable. All connectors use quick plugs; when installing the cable quick connector, it must be rotated and clamped to achieve a good connection; because the cable often swings during use, the quick connector is easy to loosen, resulting in poor contact and causing failures. Suggestions: (1) When installing, first twist the cable in the opposite direction at an angle, insert it into the quick connector and tighten it, so that the cable is just not subjected to twisting force; (2) Check the cable locking condition frequently; (3) Fix the cable at the quick connector so that the cable will not cause the quick connector to rotate when it swings during operation.
5. Attention should be paid during the electrical installation of the equipment: This equipment is a high-power equipment. The equipment connection must be firmly connected to minimize the contact resistance at the electrical connection. The power cord must never be simply hung on the power grid;
6. Grounding wire: Use 6mm² soft copper wire to ground the equipment casing to prevent electric shock.
7. Cooling water: It is the key to ensure the normal operation and longevity of the equipment. Please read the Appendix - Induction Heating Equipment Installation and Maintenance Guide carefully to install the water line;
8. After the equipment is finished working, the cooling water must be continued for at least half an hour. Because, for medium frequency induction melting and forging heating, the furnace or lining temperature is very high due to the long heating time. If the water supply is cut off immediately after the machine is shut down, the sensor, connecting water pipes, and even equipment will be burned.
9. This manual only involves the installation of the medium frequency power supply. When installing the whole set, please install it according to the installation drawing of the complete set of medium frequency equipment;

十八、高频/中频电源故障现象和排除方法

操作使用注意事项


1. 设备通电后禁止触摸设备上输入接头、输出接头、感应器等、以防触电危险。
2. 输入电压在 180—260V 范围、当电压高于 270V 时、请不要使用设备; 输入电压在 340—420V 范围、当电压高于 430V 时、请不要使用设备。
3. 改变设备内外的任何接线、必须在关掉设备电源后进行。
4. 设备工作时带有高压、不可在工作中进行连接或改变分机匝数。高频输出和 输入接头不可暴露在外、工作时不可触摸、以防操作工人接触后发生触电危险。
5. 设备电气安装时应注意: 此设备属大功率设备、设备连线一定要连接牢固、尽量减少电连接处的接触电阻、绝对不可以将电源线简单地挂在电网上。
6. 主机与分机之间采用电缆快速接头连接。安装电缆快速接头时、一定要插紧才 能达到良好的连接: 由于使用中、电缆经常摆动、快速接头很容易松开、导致接 触不良、引发故障、建议: (1)经常检查电缆锁紧情况。(2)将快速接头处电缆 固定、使电缆在操作中摆动时不会引起快速接头转动。
7. 主机、分机匝数选择与感应圈之间需要合适的匹配、才能达到良好的加热效果、当客戶自行配套或制作感应圈时、请参考本说明书中 “感应圈制作原则” 章节 和向我公司技术人员咨询。
8. 工作结束后、一定要继续通冷却水最少 5—10 分钟。
9. 主机与分机间的两条控制线、一条 2 芯航插线和一条 5 芯航插线、对设备起很关键的保护作用、工作时一定要保证连接上。当分机出现不正常现象时、会通过 此两条控制线反馈回主机进行控制、及时切断主机以保护设备不受损坏。如 果不连这两条线、正常情况下、不会影响设备使用、但当不正常现象发生时、 就失去保护作用、而造成大的损坏。
10. 设备主机、分机和感应圈都必须通水冷却、且保证水源清洁、以免阻塞冷却 管道、造成设备过热损坏。
11. 设备工作环境应保证无腐蚀、无金属粉尘、干燥、清洁且避免高温。


Precautions for operation and use

6. The host and extension are connected with a cable quick connector. When installing the cable quick connector, it must be plugged in tightly to achieve a good connection: Since the cable often swings during use, the quick connector is easy to loosen, resulting in poor contact and causing malfunctions. Suggestions: (1) Check the cable locking condition frequently. (2) Fix the cable at the quick connector so that the cable swings during operation without causing the quick connector to rotate.
7. The number of turns of the host and extension must be properly matched with the induction coil to achieve a good heating effect. When the customer matches or makes the induction coil by himself, please refer to the "Induction Coil Manufacturing Principles" section in this manual and consult our company's technical personnel.
8. After the work is completed, cooling water must be continued for at least 5-10 minutes.
9. The two control lines between the host and extension, a 2-core aviation plug line and a 5-core aviation plug line, play a critical role in protecting the equipment. They must be connected during work. When the extension has an abnormal phenomenon, it will be fed back to the host through these two control lines for control. The host should be disconnected in time to protect the equipment from damage. If these two lines are not connected, the use of the equipment will not be affected under normal circumstances, but when abnormal phenomena occur, the protection function will be lost and serious damage will be caused.
10. The main unit, extension unit and induction coil of the equipment must be cooled by water, and the water source must be clean to avoid blocking the cooling pipe and causing overheating and damage to the equipment.
11. The working environment of the equipment should be corrosion-free, metal dust-free, dry, clean and avoid high temperature.

10. 手动工作时: ①选择脚踏开关操作时、踩下脚踏开关、设备工作。松开脚踏开关、设备停止工作。②不选择脚踏开关操作时、按下面板 “启动按钮” 、设备一直工作、如需停止、按下 “停止按钮”。
11. 自动工作时: 点踩一下脚踏开关、设备工作并自动计时、完成加热、保温过程后自动停止工作。
12. 关机时、先前面板电源开关、再关外部总开关、然后关水。


Operation steps:

感应线圈设计及安装


1. 采用壁厚 >1MM 的紫铜管、Φ8 以上圆铜管或方铜管绕制感应圈。若铜管太小或太长、其电阻热很大、将会使感应器烧损、或将冷却水加热至沸腾状态、并产生 “沸沸” 响声、应尽量避免此种现象发生。
2. 当其它条件不变时、感应圈越大、圈数越多、频率越低、分机接头匝数越大、感应圈电流越大。
3. 感应圈与加热工件部位藕合间隙在 5—15MM 为宜。
4. 导磁性差的材料如铜、铝等加热时、感应圈圈数要增加。
5. 当最大输出位置、电流显示最大、工件伸入感应圈內、电流如仍保持不变、但加热效果不好、这种情况说明: 负载太轻、或负载与感应圈间隙太小、或感应圈的圈数太少。此时要减小感应圈的尺寸、即减小感应圈与工件之间的间隙; 如果间隙已经很小、则要增加感应圈的圈数。
6. 当输出振荡电流不能调至最大、即调节旋钮调至某一位置时、一加负载、电流下降很多甚至自动停机。这说明: 负载太重、或负载与感应圈间隙过小、或感应圈的圈数太多。此时只要不会自动停机、都不影响使用、而且此时加热效率也很高。 但如果发生自动停机、则要适当增大感应圈的尺寸、即增大感应圈与工件之间的间隙。 如果说间隙已经很大、则要减小感应圈的圈数。
7. 对于工件难以置于感应圈內的平面加热、或对非磁性金属材料(如铜、铝)等的加热、可采用不同形状的导磁体(铁氧体磁芯)聚磁、可以大为增加设备的功率输出。
8. 感应圈的设计直接影响加热效果、建议使用厂家设计的感应圈、如果自行设计时、一定要向生产厂家咨询。
9. 感应圈的大小、感应圈的圈数、工件的材料和形状、分机接头数的选择、需要合适的匹配、才能达到较高的加热效率和较好的加热效果。
10. 感应圈电感太大或太小、负载太重或太轻、功率达不到额定功率、致使加热效果比较差时、需要特殊订制设备。


Induction coil design and installation

3. The coupling gap between the induction coil and the heated workpiece is preferably 5-15MM.
4. When materials with poor magnetic permeability such as copper and aluminum are heated, the number of induction coils must be increased.
5. When the maximum output position, the current display is maximum, and the workpiece extends into the induction coil, if the current remains unchanged but the heating effect is not good, this situation means: the load is too light, or the gap between the load and the induction coil is too small, or The number of induction coils is too few. At this time, the size of the induction coil should be reduced, that is, the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece should be reduced; if the gap is already very small, the number of turns of the induction coil should be increased.
6. When the output oscillation current cannot be adjusted to the maximum, that is, when the adjustment knob is adjusted to a certain position, when a load is added, the current will drop a lot and even stop automatically. This means: the load is too heavy, or the gap between the load and the induction coil is too small, or the number of turns of the induction coil is too many. As long as it does not stop automatically at this time, it will not affect the use, and the heating efficiency is also very high at this time. However, if automatic shutdown occurs, the size of the induction coil should be appropriately increased, that is, the gap between the induction coil and the workpiece should be increased. If the gap is already large, the number of induction coils should be reduced.
7. For flat heating where the workpiece is difficult to place in the induction coil, or for heating non-magnetic metal materials (such as copper, aluminum), different shapes of magnetic conductors (ferrite cores) can be used to collect magnetism, which can greatly improve the efficiency. Increase the power output of your device.
8. The design of the induction coil directly affects the heating effect. It is recommended to use the induction coil designed by the manufacturer. If you design it yourself, be sure to consult the manufacturer.
9. The size of the induction coil, the number of turns of the induction coil, the material and shape of the workpiece, and the selection of the number of extension joints require appropriate matching to achieve higher heating efficiency and better heating effects.
10. When the inductance of the induction coil is too large or too small, the load is too heavy or too light, and the power cannot reach the rated power, resulting in poor heating effect, special customized equipment is required.

6. 过流 1: 此灯亮时关机再开机可能消除报警、若再启动每次都过流报警、则可能是设备故障、可能发生: ①信号干扰。②内部温度过高。③设备故障。④工件与感应圈接触引起感应圈短路。⑤感应圈两圈间接触。⑥电压太低或电网带负载能力太差。出现以上情况时先关上电源再打开、以消除报警然后再加热、会有以下几种情况:
再工作一切正常: 说明工件于感应圈接触引起感应圈短路。
大电流下仍过流报警、小电流以下可以工作: 说明感应圈间隙太小、 或电网网压太低或电网带负载能力太差、或机器内部故障。
一直保持报警、无法工作: 说明感应圈两圈间接触或机器内部故障。
7. 内欠压: 此灯亮时、设备保护停止加热、并发出持续蜂鸣声、表示输入交流直流的直流电压无法建立、请查阅故障排除指南。

Indicator light
1. Power supply: Turn on the power switch on the front panel, and this light is on to indicate that there is power.
2. Working: During normal heating, this light flashes, and the buzzer beeps about once per second. When the equipment fails, the light and buzzer sound abnormally, which can be used as a basis for judging equipment failure.
3. Phase loss: This light is on to indicate that the three-phase power supply is phase-lost.
4. Overvoltage: The device allows a maximum input voltage of 440V. When the input voltage is too high, the device automatically stops heating, the overvoltage indicator light is on, and a continuous buzzer sound is emitted.
5. Overheating: Overheating indicator light: installed on the heat sink of the power device in the equipment, on the inductor, and in the capacitor box. When the temperature of these devices is higher than 55°C, the equipment will automatically stop working, with a 55°C temperature switch, the overheating indicator light, and a continuous buzzing sound; increase the water flow, reduce the water temperature of the cooling water, and when the temperature of these devices is lower than 55°C, the alarm will automatically be released and the overheating indicator light will go out.
6. Overcurrent 1: When this light is on, turning off and restarting the machine may eliminate the alarm. If the overcurrent alarm is triggered every time it is restarted, it may be a device failure. The following may occur: ① Signal interference. ② Internal temperature is too high. ③ Equipment failure. ④ The workpiece contacts the induction coil, causing the induction coil to short-circuit. ⑤ The two coils of the induction coil are in contact. ⑥ The voltage is too low or the load capacity of the power grid is too poor. When the above situation occurs, turn off the power first and then turn it on to eliminate the alarm and then heat it up. There will be the following situations:
Everything works normally again: It means that the workpiece contacts the induction coil, causing the induction coil to short-circuit.
The overcurrent alarm still sounds under high current, but the machine can work under low current: it means that the gap of the induction coil is too small, or the power grid voltage is too low, or the power grid load capacity is too poor, or there is an internal fault in the machine.
The alarm keeps on and cannot work: it means that the two coils of the induction coil are in contact or there is an internal fault in the machine.
7. Internal undervoltage: When this light is on, the equipment protection stops heating and emits a continuous beep, indicating that the DC voltage of the input AC and DC cannot be established. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide.
8. Overcurrent 2: When this light is on, it means that the input of the equipment has an overcurrent phenomenon, the equipment automatically stops heating, the overcurrent 1 indicator light is on, and a continuous beep is emitted. Turning off and then restarting the machine may eliminate the alarm. If the overcurrent alarm sounds every time you restart it, it may be a device fault. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide.

9. 欠水: 该设备的感应器和内部主要零部件都是借助于水冷却的。此灯亮并报警时、 表示冷却水水压不足或冷却水水温过高或机内管道堵塞、供水改善后、报警自然消除。主机和分机内各安装有一个水压开关、当冷却水的压力低于 0.2MPa 时、设备会自动停止工作、欠水指示灯亮、并发出持续蜂鸣声。增加水压力、报警自动解除、欠水指示灯熄灭。当出现欠水时、可用下列方法尝试解除水报警: 先将出水堵上、使冷却水的水压增加使压力开关吸合、然后再将出水恢复. 当水压不太低时、用此方法可维持工作、但当水压太低时、此方法无效、必须改进冷却水、请参考安装指南或维护事项。
10. 高频: 此灯亮并报警时、表示设备输出振荡频率过高、加热功率(加热电流)会自动衰减、以保护变流器件。此时表示感应器不适合、可通过下列方法以改善: 增大感应器的电感量、即增加匝数、增大感应器的直径或增加感应器的引出长度。
11. 低频: 此灯亮并报警时、表示设备输出振荡频率过低、加热功率会自动衰减以保护变流器件。此时表示感应线器不合适、可通过下列方法加以改善: 减小感应器的电感、即减少感应器匝数、减少感应器的直径、 或减少感应器的引出长度、或采用更大直径的紫铜管或方管来制作感应器。
12. 频率不适指示灯: 当设备振荡工作频率低于最低频率设定值或高于最高频率设定直时、此灯亮。设备将继续工作、但输出电压、功率等会自动衰减以保护设备不被损坏。可以通过以下方法调整: (1)若频率过低、可减少感应圈的匝数、或减小感应圈的直径 (2)若频率过高、可增加感应圈的匝数、或增大感应圈的直径来降低频率。

9. Lack of water: The sensors and internal main components of the device are cooled by water. When this light is on and the alarm sounds, it means that the cooling water pressure is insufficient or the cooling water temperature is too high or the pipes in the machine are blocked. After the water supply is improved, the alarm will naturally disappear. There is a water pressure switch installed in each host and extension. When the cooling water pressure is lower than 0.2MPa, the device will automatically stop working, the water shortage indicator will light up, and a continuous buzzing sound will be emitted. 10. High frequency: When this light is on and the alarm sounds, it means that the output oscillation frequency of the device is too high, and the heating power (heating current) will automatically decay to protect the converter. At this time, it means that the sensor is not suitable, and the following methods can be used to improve it: increase the inductance of the sensor, that is, increase the number of turns, increase the diameter of the sensor, or increase the lead-out length of the sensor.
11. Low frequency: When this light is on and the alarm sounds, it means that the output oscillation frequency of the device is too low, and the heating power will automatically decay to protect the converter. This indicates that the induction coil is not suitable. It can be improved by the following methods: reduce the inductance of the inductor, that is, reduce the number of turns of the inductor, reduce the diameter of the inductor, or reduce the lead-out length of the inductor, or use a copper tube or square tube with a larger diameter to make the inductor.
12. Frequency inappropriate indicator light: When the oscillation frequency of the device is lower than the minimum frequency setting value or higher than the maximum frequency setting value, this light will be on. The device will continue to work, but the output voltage, power, etc. will automatically decay to protect the device from damage. It can be adjusted by the following methods: (1) If the frequency is too low, reduce the number of turns of the induction coil or reduce the diameter of the induction coil. (2) If the frequency is too high, increase the number of turns of the induction coil or increase the diameter of the induction coil to reduce the frequency.

Digital display
It can display three values: "oscillation current", "output power" and "oscillation frequency":

The light load protection function of this product is very useful for working occasions that require continuous and uninterrupted operation. When the workpiece to be heated is placed in the sensor, the device will automatically restore the original heating power. When the workpiece is removed from the sensor, the device will automatically enter the light load protection state.

Remote control plug

4. 主电源开关: 为设备总电源开关、每台设备配备专用配电箱、空气开关与设备开关相同或略大、选用品牌优质空气开关、以免接触不良引发设备故障。
5. 快速插座: 为主机和分机连接、采用快速插接方式、安装快速接头时、一定要插紧才能达到良好的连接: 由于使用中、电缆经常摆动、快速接头很容易松开、导致接触不良、引发故障、建议: (1)经常检查电缆锁紧情况、(2)将快速接头处电缆固定、使电缆在操作中摆动时不会引起快速接头转动。
6. 2 芯航插: 连接分机上的水压开关、当分机上水压不足时、会自动停机且欠水报警。此开关为常开触点、如果拔掉此航插、欠水保护不起作用、建议用户勿拔掉此航插、以免失去水压保护功能、而烧损分机内需要水冷的零件。
7. 5 芯航插: 与分机相连、为分机谐振电容电压保护信号。通常当工作频率较低时、谐振电容上的电压会升高、当高于一定值时、设备将自动保护、限制加热电流的大小、从而保护电容不会因过压而损坏。拔掉此 5P 航插、设备将自动停机、无法启动。
8. 接地: 电源一定要良好接地、以防操作工人触电危险。
9. 进水和出水: 按要求连接设备冷却水、进水和出水不可接错、以免引起设备冷却不良而损坏; 进水和出水按设备上实际标贴为准。


Rear panel function introduction


1. Fuse: 2A control fuse.

6. 2-core aviation plug: Connect to the water pressure switch on the extension. When the water pressure on the extension is insufficient, it will automatically shut down and alarm for insufficient water. This switch is a normally open contact. If this aviation plug is unplugged, the insufficient water protection will not work. It is recommended that users do not unplug this aviation plug to avoid losing the water pressure protection function and burning the parts in the extension that need water cooling.
7. 5-core aviation plug: Connected to the extension, it is the extension resonant capacitor voltage protection signal. Usually when the operating frequency is low, the voltage on the resonant capacitor will increase. When it is higher than a certain value, the device will automatically protect and limit the size of the heating current, thereby protecting the capacitor from damage due to overvoltage. Unplug this 5P aviation plug, the device will automatically shut down and cannot be started.
8. Grounding: The power supply must be well grounded to prevent the operator from electric shock.
9. Water inlet and outlet: Connect the equipment cooling water as required. The water inlet and outlet must not be connected incorrectly to avoid poor cooling and damage to the equipment; the water inlet and outlet shall be based on the actual label on the equipment.

操作步骤
1、确保各项安装工作已经完成。
2、先通水、后通电、合上外部电源开关、合上设备后面空气开关。
3、按下 “开始” 按钮、进入 “运行页面”。
4、进入 “参数设置页面”
5、参考《参数设置页面》一节、把触摸屏上需要设置的参数根据工件加热工艺需求设置好。
6. 调整感应器形状以适合工件加热要求。
7. 将待加热工件放入感应器中。
8. 手持枪头、按下枪头上的启动按钮、开始加热、松开按钮、停止加热。

出现故障时、按以下要求处理、以便于判断故障:
1. 将脚踏开关或其他遥控开关拔掉不用、用面板上的启动和停止按钮进行操作。启动按钮只按一下即松开、不可一直按下。

每天 工作结束时、将机内管道中的冷却水放掉、防止机内结露受潮发生故障。
每周 每周检查主机和分机连接电缆是否锁紧、防止接触不良。
每3月 打开机箱采用压缩气或毛刷对设备内部除尘、去污、避免粉尘、水、油进入机器内部后造成设备故障。
每6月 用除垢剂清洗水路、当频繁出现水温报警和出水口水流量减少时、请立即检查水路和清洗水路或水泵性能。
更换感应器 定期将感应器接头和变压器输出接头用砂纸打磨干净、去掉氧化层后保证接触良好。
设备长时间未使用 再次使用前、务必打开机箱用毛刷清除机内电路板和其它部件上的灰尘、如受潮应使用电吹风彻底排除潮气再使用。

先通水后通电工作、设备内部及感应器必须通水冷却、必须保证冷却水清洁无杂质、水温应控制在 40℃ 以下、以免阻塞冷却水管道。避免设备在高温循环水时长时间工作、这样会加速水垢的形成造成机器故障或感应器损坏。
